Terms of Use

Laravel Monitor is a SaaS panel provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. By creating an account and using this panel, you agree to respect applicable laws and use the service only to monitor websites you own or are authorized to monitor. The service owner is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of the panel.

Privacy Policy

This panel collects only the information necessary for your account and for basic functionality of the dashboard:

Account data: We store the account information you provide to register and log in (such as name, e-mail, and password), used exclusively to authenticate you and give you access to your own sites' monitoring dashboards.

Visitor data of your sites: When you install the Laravel Monitor package on your own website, the package collects and stores monitoring data about your site's visitors directly in your own application's database, not on this panel's servers. This panel only reads that data from your installation to display it to you in the dashboard. See the installation terms below for details on what the package itself collects and how.

Human interaction check: To estimate how many visitors are real people, this page may run a small first-party script that counts basic interaction signals (mouse movement, scrolling, touch, keyboard focus) without ever reading what you type or collecting personal data.

No data is sold, shared, or used for marketing or profiling purposes. All data is stored securely and used only to operate the panel and the monitoring service you signed up for.

Controller and Operator Roles

The visitor data monitored through your installation of the Laravel Monitor package belongs to the visitors of your own website, not to you or to us. In this relationship, you (the account holder) act as the data controller for your site's visitors, and this panel acts as the data operator/processor, providing you the tools to view and manage that data (LGPD art. 39 / GDPR art. 28). It is your responsibility, as controller, to inform your own site's visitors about this monitoring and to have a lawful basis for it — see the "User Responsibility" section of the: installation terms.

Data Subject Rights

Visitors of a site you monitor have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their monitoring data (LGPD arts. 17-22 / GDPR arts. 15-22). As the account holder, you can exercise these rights directly from your dashboard for each of your installations:

  • the "Clear data" action erases the currently stored monitoring data for that installation.
  • the "Prune data" action removes monitoring data older than the retention period you configure.

If you need to permanently remove an installation and its association with your account, you can delete it from your dashboard as well. Requests you cannot fulfill from the dashboard can be sent to the account holder responsible for your monitored site, per the "User Responsibility" section of the installation terms.

Cookies & Local Storage

This panel uses a session cookie:

  • To keep you logged in to your account and remember your session between requests.
  • To store the CSRF token that protects the panel's forms from cross-site request forgery.

This cookie is strictly necessary for the panel to work and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can refuse or delete it at any time in your browser settings, but doing so will log you out.

This page covers the monitoring panel itself (your account, session cookies, and the data you hold as the account holder). If you are looking for the terms that apply to the Laravel Monitor package installed on a monitored website, see the: package installation terms.
